Aron Boxer, M.Ed. S.P.E., Founder of DES

Aron Boxer, CEO of Diversified Education Services (DES) and Head Executive Functioning Coach, founded the company in 2009. He brings a wealth of experience from his decade-long career as a special education teacher in Greenwich Public Schools and as the Director of Special Services at a private school in Greenwich. 

Currently, Aron sees a full caseload of DES students (Grades 1-College) and adult clients while managing the day-to-day operations of DES, leading a dedicated team of executive functioning coaches, learning specialists, and tutoring experts. 

His team also includes specialists in higher-level subjects such as AP Chemistry, AP Calculus, AP Physics, college-level math and science subjects, and private school admissions testing (ISEE and SSAT). Aron and his team of highly experienced professionals hold postgraduate degrees and certifications in special education and primary/secondary education. They excel in building genuine interpersonal connections and are committed to coaching your children or college-aged students to reach and exceed their full potential.

In addition to assisting students, Aron consults, advises, and trains adults through DES's life coaching program, offering the profound benefits of executive functioning instruction.
