Connecticut Executive Function Coaching

Coach and student working side by side in a classic Connecticut home - Connecticut executive function coaching from DES

Connecticut executive function coaching from Diversified Education Services starts where DES started: Fairfield County. Founded in Greenwich in 2009, our team of 40+ coaches and specialists provides in-home and virtual coaching for students, college students, and adults who need practical systems for organization, planning, time management, and follow-through.

Where We Coach in Connecticut

Our Connecticut executive function coaching team provides in-home sessions throughout Fairfield County:

We also serve Cos Cob, Riverside, Old Greenwich, and surrounding Fairfield County communities. Virtual coaching is available anywhere in Connecticut.

Executive Function Coaching for Connecticut Students

From honors and AP course loads at Greenwich High, Staples, Darien, New Canaan, and Stamford’s high schools to the expectations of Fairfield County independent schools, Connecticut students manage serious academics across multiple platforms and packed schedules. Executive function coaching builds the skills those workloads demand: organization, time management, planning and prioritization, task initiation, study strategies, and self-advocacy.

Coaches work in the home with each student’s real materials, building scaffolding designed to come down as independence grows. Families who also need subject support can pair coaching with academic tutoring; we also support college students and adults.

Why Connecticut Families Choose DES

Founded in 2009 by Aron Boxer, M.Ed., S.P.E., a former special education teacher and Director of Special Services and member of the Forbes Coaches Council, DES has spent 17 years building its reputation in Fairfield County on genuine credentials, experienced coaches, and a relationship-first, in-home model. The Academic Environments We Know

Our Connecticut coaches support students across the area’s most rigorous programs — Greenwich Academy, Brunswick School, Greenwich Country Day, Sacred Heart Greenwich, Whitby, King School, St Luke’s, and Greens Farms Academy, as well as the demanding public programs at Greenwich High School and Westport’s Staples High School. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any school; names are referenced to reflect the academic environments where many of our students learn. For the research behind our approach, Harvards Center on the Developing Child offers the definitive primer on executive function.
